The NAS was approached by an investor looking for a fitout partner to complete a refit, refurbishment, and new site fitout project. It will involve the full refit and refurbishment programme for the existing retail estate of 21 stores located in Midlands, and plans for an additional 15 new sites to join the portfolio.
The timeframe for this project is across the next three years. The investor is looking to partner with shopfitters able to support this endeavour and deliver an end-to-end approach that will see the estate brought up to date and futureproofed.
