Through our strategic partnership with the Institute of Carpenters (IOC), we are supporting their efforts in a highly focused mentoring trial, the Mentoring Champions Scheme. The IOC project team are on-boarding the final colleges to meet the requirement of 10 across the UK, and the team are actively seeking additional mentors to engage with one or two mentees each in order to successfully deliver the project.
If you have a clear passion for the industry and sector, we would encourage you to consider joining the Mentoring Champions Scheme as highly experienced mentors with lots of guidance and advice to share with the younger generation.
