CITB are currently investigating the changing employment models used by employers in the construction industry. This has highlighted a potential increase in the use of labour suppliers, in addition to PAYE and CIS. CITB are using various research mechanisms to gather further data to better understand the impact this is having on Levy and training behaviour, and would be very grateful if you would complete this survey to assist with this research.
