If your or your employee’s qualifications were issued from overseas, they must be matched to the UK Educations systems and to do so a Statement of Comparability is required.
The Statement of Comparability (SOC) compares overseas qualifications to the UK education system, matching them to UK qualifications and framework levels.

This is a mandatory requirement for all CSCS and SICCS cards for the construction industry.
If you or your employee(s) require an SICCS card and have an SOC please send a copy to us when making your online application, if not please make the SOC application and once complete, please include with your qualification evidence. We will hold your application on file in readiness for the next stage of production and issue.
