The NAS was approached by an investor looking for a fitout contractor for a project in Walsall shopping centre.
Due to a regeneration program by the council, the 2,000 sqm retail outlet is relocating to a different level of the centre. The client would like to reuse some of the existing shop fit, however would also need new equipment, slat walls, arms, bars, free standing units, till podia, etc, as well as basic design.
The project is to be completed within the first two weeks of December 2023.
The client prefers to work with a local fitout company. NAS Members with close proximity to Walsall/Birmingham area are welcome to apply.
