The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) is planning a small-scale pilot for Medium-sized employers – i.e. those with between 100 and 250 employees.
If selected to take part, employers could receive up to £20,000 to support training and development within their businesses and/or invest in systems which will improve their ability to deliver training. In return, the selected employer will need to engage in the pilot process and provide feedback to the CITB.
The pilot would be completed in association with Build UK – demonstrating further benefit to the NAS’ members from the new relationship between both organisations.
