A nationwide charitable organisation is exploring the development of their first social enterprise, high street venture.
Based in South West London, the shop will sell dry goods and refrigerated items and will have a coffee station. The space needs to be accessible and square footage depends on the location sourced – but expected to be under 1,500 square feet.
The charity is looking for a fitout partner for estimating and design work and to establish relationship early in the process to support the business proposal. It is hoped this can be completed in the coming weeks.
The fitout element is intended to be completed by September 2024.
