A client is looking for an NAS member to assist them with the refurbishment of their Glasgow area convenience store.
Location: Balloch, Glasgow.
Opportunity Scope: The client is refurbishing their 140m² convenience store in Balloch, Glasgow, and would like an NAS member to assist them with the following work:
– New flooring – may require concrete screed
– New Ceiling
– Lighting Interior and Exterior
– Installation of refrigeration cabinets and compressors (cabinets have already been purchased)
– Demolition of external wall to make way for new entrance with install of structural beam in place of wall
– Installation of new shop front facia
– Installation of external cladding
– Installation of roller shutter at new shopfront
– Installation of brickwall at legacy shop entrance.
– Installation of internal slatwall facias and other facias for design/aesthetics
– Creating partitions for beer cave entrances
– Installing beer cave
