The NAS was approached by an investor looking for a NAS member to complete a project in Blyth, Northumberland.
The 3,500 sqft shop will need a full design and fitout, including electrical works, heating, flooring, decoration and shop fixtures/equipment. The opportunity inlucdes construction of new back of house – partition walls, updated kitchen, office and toilet.
There is also a potential for a second project of 1,000 sqft shop redecoration/refresh in Morpeth, Northumberland.
