As the founder of The Global Growth Institute, Wayne oversees a team based in the UK, Netherlands, Turkey, Bahrain, and Mongolia. He has authored a book titled “How to be a World Class Manager: Skills and Insights for Unleashing Your Leadership Potential,” which was released in March 2023. The book draws on exclusive data gathered from over 15,000 managers worldwide, sharing lessons and stories from Wayne’s more than two decades of experience in improving company performance through effective people engagement.
Accolades
In 2011, Wayne Clarke received the honour of being made an Ambassador for JCI at the United Nations, a recognition previously given to notable figures such as the past UN Secretary General Mr Ban Ki Moon. He is also a visiting lecturer at Bayes Business School and The University of Kent. Wayne has consistently been acknowledged as a Top 25 Most Influential Thinker for five years by HR Magazine. His career journey began at Arthur Andersen/Deloitte, and he later led employee engagement for BDO, the fifth-largest accounting network. Subsequently, he ran the advisory arm of Best Companies, known for producing The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list.
